This hearty casserole is reminiscent of a Mexi-inspired lasagna. We layer seasoned ground beef with enchilada sauce, salsa, corn, flour tortillas and cheddar cheese for a tasty twist on traditional beef enchiladas.

 

Ingredients: Ground beef, enchilada sauce (tomato puree (water, tomato paste), water, food starch-modified, sugar, salt, spices (includes paprika), chili pepper, onion powder, citric acid, dehydrated garlic, xanthan gum), salsa (diced tomatoes in juice, tomato puree (water, tomato paste), jalapeno peppers, onions, salt, distilled vinegar, dehydrated onion, garlic powder, dehydrated cilantro, citric acid, natural flavoring), corn, cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto color, anticake (potato starch, powdered cellulose)) and flour tortillas (bleached enriched wheat flour (flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, soybean oil, hydrogenated vegetable oil (contains one or more of the following: cottonseed oil, soybean oil) with mono- and diglycerides added, contains 2% or less of the following: sugar, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, vital wheat gluten, potato starch (food starch with monoglyceride), calcium propionate, monoglycerides and citric acid to preserve freshness, glycerine, fumaric acid, sodium bicarbonate, dextrose, dough conditioner (wheat flour, calcium sulfate, sorbic acid), cellulose gum, potassium sorbate, enzyme complex (sodium chloride, wheat starch, enzymes, microcrystalline cellulose), and dough relaxer (sodium metabisulfite, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate)).
